INQUIRIES & OFFERS

We will reply and provide offers (if we deem we can and add value) for the required professional services indicating the scope, the working procedure, the time schedule and the estimated budget after clarification of the issues which may be deemed unclear.

SERVICES, CO-OPERATION WITH  ASSOCIATES & OTHER THIRD PARTIES and FORMATION of  PROJECT TEAMS

No1 Llc/M.R.ARSAN provides Interim Management, Management Consultancy and Facilitation services  (Interim Manager, Director, Advisor to the Board of Directors and/or as a Committee Member, Facilitator etc) alone or in Co-operation with third parties subject to the approval or as per requirement of the services and the demands of the Clients.

Depending on the scope of the service a Project Team may be formed consisting of No1 Llc/M.R.ARSAN, the associates’ and/or other third parties' experts, and the related key staff of the Client. 

In all cases the split of responsibilities of No1 Llc/M.R.ARSAN and the parties concerned, and the joint work schedule will be explicitely defined.

NEGOTIATIONS & CONTRACTS

A written Contract or a Mandate/Order to Commence by the Client resulting from the contents of the offer and proceeding negotiations shall be the basis for the services to be conducted.

PERFORMANCE

The services shall be performed in accordance with the Contract or the Mandate and No1 Llc/M.R.ARSAN undertakes to endeavor his best for the anticipated results. Progress Reports regarding performance shall be provided and Progress Review Meetings shall be conducted as per the terms of the Contract and upon request.

AUDITING & MONITORING

No1 Ltd/M.R.ARSAN may undertake monitoring and auditing services within the scope of existing Contracts or as extensions thereto or separately depending on unique requirements of the Clients.

FINANCIAL TERMS

The cost of services of No1 Llc/M.R.ARSAN shall consist of the professional fee based on amount of time/efforts to be allocated and the costs to be incurred for performing the tasks.

Depending on the scope of the task to be undertaken and the related cost to be incurred, an “Advance Payment” may be required to cover up initial expenses. Otherwise, payments to No1 Llc/M.R.ARSAN may be based on milestones or a timely frame (usually monthly) or upon completion against an invoice.

The Associates’ (if any) costs will be directly defined and billed by the Associates unless agreed otherwise.
